This workshop is built on theory and lots of practice, discussions, role playing and self-defense moves.

All materials for the exercises will be provided.

I do not make or allow videos during the workshop so that everyone can let go into the process and to ensure everybody’s right to privacy.


I recommend you arrive 10-20 minutes before the session starts.

This gives you the opportunity to “arrive”: to start bringing your focus here and now - to get ready to enjoy and make the most out of the session.
