Whatever has brought you here, I am happy that you made it and I hope you enjoy what you find!
In our society, intelligence, intellectual activities, technological progress and wealth are considered the most valuable and desirable way of life, while listening to one’s feelings, emotional behavior or spirituality are condemned as weak and unreliable, making them undesirable.
As a result, many of us suffer from the decoupling of mind, emotions and spirit, causing us to go through life having no idea what
we want, what we like, what we do in this world or what we are working for everyday.
The thought: “there has to be more to life than this” comes by relatively often.
We float or vegetate through life, doing what is “right” or “expected from us”, awaiting to reach the next goal or the next milestone we set to ourselves, thinking that when we get there everything will be fine. But once there, it’s still not right so we we set ourselves a new goal and go on to the next challenge.
Psychological and psychosomatic illnesses occur and are every day more present.
Our over-achiever society pushes us to believe that the solution is to be better, harder, more! Be more! Track yourself!
Improve! Medicate! Change! Whatever it takes! No pain no gain!
Bottom line: fix yourself as soon as possible so you can meet the expectations and go back to “normal” (whatever that is) and always push more, try to be “perfect”.
But the problem prevails, because we keep doing the wrong choices for the wrong motives for a very simple reason:
We are lost without a compass.
The irony is: we are all born with an integrated compass, which is our intuition and our feelings! But growing up we learned to reject, bury and ignore them until we forgot their use and existence. We just get to see them when they explode in our faces uncontrolled and mostly misunderstood.
Now, if we want to find our way, we need to put it all together and re-learn how to read it. We need to relearn to listen to ourselves (body+mind+spirit), accept us and our own wisdom and learn to trust it.
The beauty of this is: it’s a win-win situation!
Getting out of the hamster wheel, finding your purpose in life and maybe even happiness is all possible when you know what makes you smile, what makes you feel alive, what you want, what you enjoy, what gives you energy, what gives you peace, what motivates you and basically what makes your life worth living!
I therefore invite you to get in touch with yourself and all what makes us amazing human beings:
If you find this interesting, you are probably thinking right now: Great, HOW?!
First, it is very important to mention that there is no solution or tool that works for everyone.
We are all different, have different experiences, tastes and preferences. This means, that
you have to try things out by yourself to know what suits YOU.
After all, you are trying to find out what YOU LIKE, how YOU FEEL, what do YOU WANT…
Nobody can tell you that. Only you know what is best for you!
But you DO know it! You just need to find it out 😀
Sounds scary and like a lot of work? Maybe, but nothing comes from nothing. And it’s worth it, if in the end you find your track and can live the life you want for yourself.
Second, Rome was not built in a day and neither does anyone take up habits or change their ways overnight.
It’s like wanting to loose 10kg in 1 day. It’s simply not possible.
Don’t expect anything to disappear just like that.
Be patient. Be conscious. Keep trying. It pays off when you least expect it!
Third, try not to force or stress yourself into performance. Remember that expectations and the will to perform are paradoxically your
worst enemies in any kind of personal development. If you do it, you will achieve the opposite of that you want: you will just block
Take it easy! What happens, happens and if nothing does, that is also fine. It is how it is. It is where you are right now and that is ok.
If possible, learn something from the experience and move on, but keep on trying!
When in doubt, just remember: It’s all just part of the fun! 😀
That’s what life is all about: trying / experiencing, learning, trying … =→ Growing
After being a successful international Project Manager and Automation Engineer for many years, I realized that my life purpose and what makes me happy is helping people live the lives they want to live (Coaching – Life Transformation).
Changing my life from the ground up was not easy and it took a lot of time and hard work. I tried many things and also made many
experiences (some people might call them “mistakes”, I don’t).
I had to and continue to let go of baggage, blockages and beliefs which stop me from living the life I want to live. This process has been very necessary, rewarding and I have learnt a lot along the way. I am very happy I did it, as I have found myself and my path.
My wish is to use all this acquired knowledge, experiences and my personal abilities to help you and motivate you to live the life you want to live.
As your coach, I will be guiding you in the right direction (for you)
and giving you the shortcuts and information I wish I would have gotten when I went through my transformation.
Let me worry about the tools, the theory, the necessary tasks, the organization, … so you can concentrate on applying them for yourself and going through the process of getting where you want to be.
